In June 2010, CapitaLand Limited (“CapitaLand”), together with Thien Duc Trading Construction Co., Ltd (“Thien Duc”) and Phu Gia Investment Joint Stock Company (“Phu Gia”), today celebrated the topping-out for The Vista in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The ceremony marked the successful completion of the main structural works of CapitaLand’s first residential project in Vietnam. Held at the property in An Phu Ward, District 2, the event was witnessed by more than 120 guests, including Vietnamese government officials, business partners, home buyers, media and analysts, witnessed the event. 
Following the successful launch of The Vista in Ho Chi Minh City, CapitaLand has strengthened its presence in Vietnam with a new residential development in Hanoi named Mulberry Lane.
