JOB DESCRIPTION
- Play an integral role in supporting Sale and Marketing team to achieve the organization’s goals.
- Assist the managers in marketing activities, liaison with various agencies, designers to prepare all
marketing collaterals and publicity tools for the project.
- Involve in all marketing activities to support for the sale.
- Liaise with agencies for design, creation and production of all kinds of marketing materials and collaterals such as corporate identity, brochure, leaflet, billboard, hoarding…
- Follow up with designer / agencies on designing marketing collaterals and make amendment if necessary.
- Involve in event organization and management. Liaise with various stakeholders on event requirements, and with vendors for event execution – occasional working overtime for marketing events if required.
- Work as a team with sales staffs to carry out market surveys and market update as requirement from sales and marketing department.
- Liaise /communicate in a professional and friendly manner across a range of internal department.
- Carry out any other duties as are within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job as requested from Head of Department.
Follow and implement the Environmental Management System (ISO 14001) and the Environment, Health and Safety Management System of the Company.
REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to work independently and also can be a good team player.
- High degree of drive and professionalism, ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with ability to deal with suppliers and agencies affectively and with ease.
- Highly creative and has a flair for generating ideas. Have knowledge of graphic design work.
- Good working attitude with a high level of professionalism, integrity, initiative and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English and Vietnamese.
